Vivian Hairston Blade is Founder, President & CEO of Experts in Growth Leadership Consulting, LLC (EiGL Consulting, LLC) based in Louisville, KY. EiGL Consulting, LLC assists companies in developing leadership competencies & implementing strategies for improving business performance and profitability. Through a combination of coaching and training, companies realize sustainable improvements in quality and reduced costs in their operations. Primary focus is placed on building excellence in customer experience to efficiently retain & grow current customers and increase referrals.

Vivian spent 12 years of her professional career with General Electric in increasingly responsible leadership positions. In her executive role with GE as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Vivian passionately led the business in driving a radical focus on customer experience, enhancing products and operations to improve customer retention and growth. Results included an increase in revenues of more than $20mm and reduction in operations cycle times by as much as 85% - a direct impact to the bottom line.
