The E.C.S. (X) Factor (Part II) - Going to the Next Level

The E.C.S. (X) Factor Training Part II begins where Part I ends. Participants analyze their communication skills and learn how to improve them. The goal is to improve communications at work and with everyone in their lives. Why? Because clear communication sends a very clear message that says, "I really care about my customer, my co-workers and my job." The objectives of this session are to reduce stress, reduce mistakes and head off tomorrow's problems TODAY. Participants leave this seminar better able to communicate more effectively at work, at home and with everyone in their lives.

Speaker Information

Steve Beck, founder and president of Beck and Associates, is an author, keynote speaker, master facilitator and coach who brings more than 20 years of experience as a corporate executive to his training programs.

Steve's training background spans more than 15 years in which he has earned a reputation as an outstanding speaker, motivator and instructor. During this period, he has provided corporate training solutions through his own consulting firm, and has taught at the Chicago School of Finance and the Institute for Self Actualization.

His corporate background includes 18 years in the securities industry in various positions, including vice president for First Options of Chicago and assistant vice president for Drexel Burnham. He also owned and operated a successful restaurant business.

Steve's current and past clients include The Ritz-Carlton, Advocate Health Care, Baxter, CDW, Cardinal Health, Hollywood Casino, U.S. District Courts and several colleges, chambers, hospitals, associations and banks.
