Chester's greatest depth of experience with Generation Why comes from his critical role as father/stepfather to four Gen Why youth, now aged 18 to 24. He lives "in the trenches" each day, offering assistance to prepare his two sons and two daughters for the changing world they are helping to mold.

With a Masters Degree in education from Northern Arizona University, Chester also holds the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) credential and is a 2004 inductee into the Council of Peers Award of Excellence International Speakers Hall of Fame, an honor shared by less than 2% of all professional speakers in the world.
