Q: How can I preview a speaker?
A: On our website, you can search our database by topic, name, geographic location and/or fee. You may call us to request video demo tapes and written materials by mail or we can arrange a phone meeting for you with speakers that you are interested in and discuss with them how they can best meet your needs.

Q: Does the Speaker Connection website have all of the speakers you work with?
A: We can literally book almost any speaker, expert or entertainer in the world. If you have heard of a speaker, but do not see them on our website, please give us a call.

Q: Will I get a better price if I call the speaker's office directly?
A: There is a term in our industry called "fee integrity," which simply says that whether you call a speaker's office or a bureau/agency, you will receive the same fee quote.

Q: Is there a way to save money on booking speakers?
A: You might want to consider looking at speakers in the location where your meeting is scheduled. Some charge lower fees for local bookings and you will save costly travel expenses by booking the speaker in their hometown. You might also consider having us negotiate an all-inclusive fee with the speaker where the speaking fee and the travel are all one price. If you have a keynote session and a breakout session, you might consider using the same speaker. Many times speakers will do "value added" services for no or little cost and you will only have expenses on one speaker.

A: The speaker typically arranges their travel and we coordinate the information for you through our office. You have only one place to refer to when you have a question.

A: This will need to be addressed once you select the speaker and we are able to discuss with them your needs. Each speaker has their own policies regarding this and we are happy to coordinate them for you.

A: Our office is with you 24/7. While we hope this doesn't occur, we will do our best to provide a replacement speaker to you.
